Erwin Kessler (1967) studied Philosophy and Art History in Bucharest, Prague, Paris, and Maastricht. Scientific researcher at the Institute of Philosophy, Bucharest, and visual arts expert with the Romanian Cultural Institute. Associate professor of Art History and Aesthetics with CESI, the post-graduate Center of Excellence in the Study of the Image (Bucharest University), and art critic columnist for “Revista 22”, Bucharest.
Main area of expertise: Romanian modern and contemporary art.
