Juliet Bingham

Juliet Bingham works on exhibitions, commissions, acquisitions and displays at Tate Modern. She has curated major exhibitions of the work of historical and contemporary artists at Tate Modern, including Sonia Delaunay (2015); Ellen Gallagher (2013); William Klein + Daido Moriyama (2012); Van Doesburg and the International Avant-Garde (2010); and Fischli & Weiss (2006). In 2010 she curated the Unilever Series: Ai Weiwei: Sunflower Seeds commission for Tate Modern’s Turbine Hall. From 2011 to 2014 she co-steered Project Space, a series dedicated to showcasing international contemporary art. She is the lead curator researching, developing and implementing Tate’s acquisitions strategy for Russian and Eastern European art within the collection and works with the acquisitions committee for the region, which was launched in 2012.
