The artist from Arad is one of the promoters of multimedia art and .net art in Romania and has an international reputation. Main representative of the Kinema Ikon group and awarded with the distinction "The JavaArtist of the Year Award 2002' from the JavaMuseum, he has conducted several digital works in CD-ROM and net.art. His works illustrate the overall system pressure on local differences and otherness of identity. The game, irony and detachment are its strategies in a world suffocated by informations. The artist works with notions of cyber identity (its unmistakable robotic mechanisms), of the network-space telepresence and corporeality in history.
